  • I kinda consider this game my worst Saturn purchase by far, no options, no save points, lack of variety… and the most money I paid for a Saturn game.
One christmas evening I reached level 27 and spent the rest of the day feeling sick cause it gave me motion sickness, never touched it again lol

  • I was about 4-5 years old when I played this game. I hadn't even started pre-K yet

  • I still have my Sega Saturn my dad bought me back in 1995, though the controller and games have degraded and no longer work. I have Clockwork Knight, BUG!, GEX, Quarterback Attack, BlackFire, Robotica, Rayman, Mist, Sonic 3D Blast, Bones, and a couple others that I don't feel like digging out to name them.

  • I really liked this game when I first played after buying it from a bargain bin back in 1998. Yeah, I will admit that in some ways it's kind of repetitive but a good number of FPS in the mid 90's were extremely repetitive, it had a nice dark ambience to it where many games of the time seemed quite bright and rather cartoony to me. Also there is the added bonus that after the first level every time you played it the levels were different so you never played exactly the same game twice. Of course there is also the fact that I love mecha so my opinion is rather biased especially considering how short in supply such things were on consoles at the time. I don't ever remember actually getting bored with this game.

  • This game looks far better (graphics and atmosphere) than any pure FPS I played on the PC in 1995.

  • My god… I remember this game. I just couldn't remember its name. I was 4 when we got the Saturn and I used to be so enthralled by this game playing at night in a dark room. This video has me feeling very nostalgic right now. Saturn has always been one of my favorite systems growing up. Now I miss Virtua Fighter, Fighting Vipers, Sega Rally Championship, Fighters Megamix, Last Bronx, Bug, Mr. Bones, Daytona USA, Tomb Raider, Resident Evil, Virtua On, Alien Trilogy, Sonic Jam, Baku Baku, Super Puzzle Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Gex, Pandemonium, Nights into Dreams, Panzer Dragoon, Congo, Myst, D, Virtua Cop, Theme Park, Dead or Alive, Metal Slug, King of Fighters, House of the Dead, Street Fighter, Megaman, Die Hard, Three Dirty Dwarves, Herc's Adventure and Bomberman. Not just Saturn, but all the games we used to play. Just the overall feel of everything back then through the 90s…. those were fun times.

  • I remember this game being announced on a 95' Gamepro magazine, but it was initially called Gotha. At the time, the graphics looked amazing (at least on the magazine photos hehehe).

  • Hi Mark. I never received my Musha review. I paid 30.00 months ago last year. Where can I go to inquire about this issue? Tried to contact you from the kickstarter but no response.

  • Not that exciting , way too repetitive, no stairs to climb on to a second flour, it runs slow, even the snes can do this with s FX chip or a gba.

  • I have the Japanese import version of this game and it is called 'Deadalus' but other than the different name gameplay is identical as far as I can tell (except the Japanese version has subtitles in the cutscenes). Not a terrible game but the repetitive nature of it has stopped me from trying to complete all 30 levels.

  • i came THIS close to becoming a sega kid. grew up with snes but when 3d games were coming out i had to choose between the saturn and n64 (didn't know playstation existed yet) and i asked for a saturn but come xmas '96, i got the n64! i was just grateful to have a cutting edge system to play. mom told me years later that she couldn't find the saturn anywhere so had to go with the 64. i got a dreamcast in 2000 on ebay for like $50 but sold it a few months later. that was my last console. i mowed lots of lawns and saved up to build my first gaming pc. haven't really played a console since so cgr is my console fix, haha.
